Pinched Nerve and Other Disc Issues

What is a herniated disc? In between the bones of the spine are discs made of cartilage. the discs allow your spine to move.
A bulging disc is for all intensive purposes, the very similar diagnosis to a herniated disc. This is a very subjective thing.
Back spasms occur in response to an injury. The body uses this mechanism to help stabilize you so that you don’t further irritate or injure your spinal and nerve tissues.
