  Sports Massage is used before, during, and after sporting events. The purpose of the massage is to improve athlete’s performance by warming up muscles, improving blood flow and reducing fatigue after a game. It is also used to decrease swelling, reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility and ultimately to prevent injuries 

  Taking time to relax is something that can always be helpful for your muscles.  Having a massage strictly for relaxation doesn’t mean it has to be light pressure; it can be as deep as you would like and just like any other treatment, the therapist will be sure to ask if you require more or less pressure.   

  Prenatal massage helps both body and mind feel better and  can feel extra wonderful when extra weight and changes in posture stir up new aches and pains.  

Prenatal massages are adapted for the anatomical changes  you go through during pregnancy.  

Our trained massage therapist will make accommodations with special cushioning systems or holes that allow you to lie face down safely, while providing room for your growing belly and breasts. Or you might lie on your side with the support of pillows and cushions.
